Reliable Housesitting and Pet Care
PJs is named for Patricia and Jeff. They became empty nesters around the same time they also lost their beloved dog (Juicebox) of 11 years.
While Juicebox couldn’t be replaced, they found that house sitting could still give them their pet fix and help the days pass faster between visits from their boys.
We had a great experience with Jeff and Patricia as our house and dog sitter. From the beginning, communication was smooth and reassuring. They took excellent care of our home, keeping everything tidy and well-maintained, and more importantly, our dog absolutely loved them.
It was clear that Jeff and Patricia have a genuine love for animals—our dog was calm, happy, and well-exercised when we returned.

How do I book your services?
Simply fill out the contact form on our website. Specify your desired dates for housesitting and the types of pets you need care for, and we will get back to you promptly.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve most of Fairfax County. We will consider going beyond our normal service area, depending on the duration of the service time requested. Our goal is to provide reliable housesitting and pet care services to as many clients as possible, ensuring their homes and pets are safe and happy.
Are you good with both cats and dogs?
Yes, Patricia and Jeff use pet care and housesitting best practices. We always have a pre-meeting with your pets (and you) to make sure they are as comfortable with us as we are with them. We will also go over routines for food, outside time, and bedtime, ensuring a worry-free experience for everyone involved.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if you cancel at least 45 days before your scheduled service and a 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days beforehand. Because we set aside time specifically for you, which means we may have to say no to others, there is no refund if you have to cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled service.
